Mr. Lonsdale is President and CEO of The Lonsdale Group, a boutique finance and advisory firm investing in small cap public and private companies.

Previously he was for ten years the President of Allegiance Capital Corporation, a private investment bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions, with offices in Dallas, New York, and Chicago. Mr. Lonsdale has successfully built and sold three venture-funded information technology companies, including selling one of them to Microsoft. Earlier in his career, he managed corporate divisions of McDonnell Douglas/Boeing and Dun & Bradstreet/A C Nielsen.

He obtained his MBA in Finance & Marketing from Cornell University and his B.Sc. in Physics & Mathematics from the University of Leeds in the U.K.

John Costello
John Costello

John Costello has over 30 years of experience in consumer products and services, retail and technology. The first half of his career was spent in classic management jobs, with the second half helping companies drive innovation and navigate high change environments, from startups to $70 billion companies.

He was one of the early leaders of omni-channel marketing and retailing to leverage the synergies between retail stores, catalogs, DR TV, the Internet and eCommerce to drive total sales and profit and is considered a leader in the digital transformation of marketing and retail.

John currently serves as CEO of Costello Ventures/Bottom Line Branding since retiring as President - Global Marketing and Innovation of Dunkin' Brands (the parent company of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins), where he was part of the senior leadership team during its successful 2011 IPO. He previously served as Executive Vice President of The Home Depot, Chief Global Marketing Officer of Yahoo, Senior VP of Pepsi-Cola USA, CEO of MVP.com and President of Nielsen Marketing Research US. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and rose to lead all advertising and marketing for P&G’s Beauty Care Division. Costello been recognized as one of most influential and innovative executives by numerous organizations, one of the Top 10 Merchants by DSN Retailing Today and was elected to both the Chief Marketing Officer Hall of Fame and Retail Advertising Hall of Fame. He has significant governance experience, serving as a current or past Director of Ace Hardware, The Quaker Oats Company, The Bombay Company, American Film Institute, Ring, Inc. (which was acquired by Amazon), GroundTruth, Inc. and Yellowstone Forever, and as an Advisor to Untuckit, WinView Games and Linkwell Health. Costello is also past Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association, the Association of National Advertisers and the Advertising Council.

Josh Bauchner

Joshua S. Bauchner is a partner with the law firm of Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC where he is Co-Chair of the Litigation Department, head of the Cannabis Law Practice Group, and a member of the Community Association Law and Bankruptcy practice groups.

In his capacity as head of the Cannabis Law Practice Group, Josh serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis Law Committee, has spoken at the Cannabis World Congress and Business Expo at the Jacob Javits Center, and has presented CLE’s on cannabis at the NY State Bar Association, the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, Food and Supplements, and the NORML Legal Conference, among other fora.

Mr. Bauchner has taught as an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School and was appointed by the Manhattan Borough President to serve on Manhattan Community Board 10, where he was Treasurer of the Board and Co-Chair of the Committee on Land Use. He also is President of the Wheaton College Alumni Association and serves on the College’s Board of Trustees. He also serves on the Boards of the New York Theater Ballet, Frederick Douglass Boulevard Alliance, and Harlem Wellness Center.

Immediately before joining the Firm, he was Deputy Director of the Legal Division at the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and previously worked at a national litigation firm.

Mr. Bauchner received his B.A., cum laude, from Wheaton College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Bauchner served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ursula Ungaro in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

A senior executive leader, board member, advisor, coach and retired Marine Corps Colonel, Baron has 39 years of leadership, management, teaching, coaching, and mentoring experience. His professional career spans a diverse spectrum of positions: fighter pilot, instructor, strategist, intelligence officer, professor, commander, and finally, business executive, entrepreneur, board member, and advisor. Baron is a Principal at CEO Solutions Partners offering CEO/COO, corporate governance, strategy and leadership development, business optimization, and executive coaching services . Baron also serves on the Board of Advisors for CanaFarma Corporation.

After serving 27 years in the Marine Corps, Baron has spent the last 12 years in various senior business executive and board roles. Upon retirement from the military in 2007, Baron joined Western Commerce Group as Managing Director. Western Commerce Group is a regional M&A investment banking, private equity, wealth management, and consulting group based in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2008, Baron was asked to join HSC as its COO. HSC is a privately held oilfield, industrial, and mining supply, services, and manufacturing company with more than 20 locations nationwide. Baron stayed with HSC until August of 2014, when he founded Vital Strategies Management Consulting. Vital Strategies was an advisory, management consulting, coaching, and keynote speaking firm specializing in helping businesses, financial institutions, leadership teams, and executives improve performance and achieve their goals. Concurrently with Vital Strategies. Because of his professional engagement as a consultant for ELS, Baron was asked to join their leadership team as CEO and board member in April of 2016. Based in Abilene, Texas, ELS is a sales, distribution, engineering, and service company that has been the premier distributor of the nanoActiv® family of advanced nanoparticle technologies for the oil and gas industry, designed to improve production in new and existing oil and gas wells.

Baron’s long history of successful business and military leadership positions gives him a unique perspective that blends the best practices of both worlds. A native of Germany, Baron is bilingual (English and German) and holds two master’s degrees.

Tyrone Ross, Jr. is a financial consultant, early-stage start-up advisor, entrepreneur, and athlete. A graduate of Seton Hall University, and a 2004 Olympic Trials qualifier in track and field in the 400 meters, Tyrone was recognized by Investment News 40 under 40 (2019), and WealthManagement.com as a top ten advisor set to change the industry in 2019. Financial Planning.com named him one of "20 people who will change wealth management in 2020".

As a public speaker, he's had the opportunity to address employees at Etsy, Spotify, Uber, and Wyndham as well as students at Columbia, York College, Seton Hall, and Montclair State University.

Tyrone takes pride in acting as a financial consultant to young professionals, founders, and advisors to financial technology start-ups, and is a leading voice in crypto-assets investment management.
